Classic Consistency Update

Today's update focuses on the details players feel every day: rune charges, elemental weapons, NPC trade behavior and Infernum enchantment flow.

Classic runes now carry their intended charges across the server, NPC shops, conjured runes and the item library, with a cleaner remaining-charge display in the client.

Elemental weapon information was aligned so the Fire Axe reflects its classic split of 27 attack plus 11 fire damage, while enchanted skill bonuses continue to affect the character and combat properly.

Several interaction points were refined as well: NPC trade and Infernum enchant windows now close when the character moves, and Ankrahmun tomb access received another pass for smoother Scarab Coin checks and teleports.
